Abstract

This study examines literature in the context of contemporary technological advancement, with particular emphasis on the role of social media. It investigates how social media has recalibrated literature in terms of literary culture, expression, production, dissemination, transmission, and consumption. The primary objective is to explore the influence of social media on literature, and how it continues to shape its consumption, production, and cultural dynamics. To achieve this, the study adopts a literature-based methodology to analyse the relationship between social media and literary practices.
